
Neeraj Bharadwaj
Mr. Neeraj Bharadwaj is the Managing Director of Carlyle India Advisors Private Limited, a global investment firm focused on growth capital and buyout opportunities across sectors in India. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Bharadwaj was Managing Director with Accel Partners’ growth investing operation in India. Preceding that he was with Apax Partners for nearly 10 years – he was a Partner in the U.S. and subsequently Managing Director/Country Head for Apax in India, where he led the India operations.
He is Board Member of the Indian School of Business (ISB); was selected as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Board Member of Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ), Member of the Harvard Business School South Asia Advisory Board, Member of the Wharton Executive Education Board, and Member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Mr. Bharadwaj holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, and graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Don Mohanlal
Mr. Don Mohanlal joined the Nand & Jeet Khemka Foundation as President and CEO in 2007 and is currently the Vice Chairman. During this period he also served as President & Chief Executive Officer at The Synergos Institute for 3 years (2015-18).
Previously, he was Executive Director for Innovation and Impact at the National 4-H Council in the United States; and Executive Vice President & Managing Director of the International Youth Foundation (IYF), based in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. IYF was founded through the largest grant made by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Programs and Operations; Vice President for Asia and the Pacific, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean; and Director for Northern and Western Europe, of AFS Intercultural Programs.

Nithin Srinivasan
Mr. Nithin Srinivasan is a financial services and technology professional with over 15 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, service delivery and implementation; serving large enterprise accounts. Currently, he is engaged as a senior manager in Ernst & Young in New York, United States.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology in computer science and engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Nithin completed MBA at the Indian School of Business in 2011.
